All you gotta do is go down to the shop and buy a ticket." Jeremy: "I can't really remember big mistakes even though I've made loads of little ones. Because for me the whole point of making a mistake is that it makes you recognize it and then you figure out why you did it, so you don't do it again. So then you don't kind of remember it, because you've fixed it." Jeremy: "If you care about people, it overcomes a lot of things that you might do wrong. You might have a bad day, you might lose your temper with something, you might get something wrong. But if people know you fundamentally care about them, then they'll change it."
